I saw it as an opportunity to sample more shopping and dining/drinking. I read where others complained about having to walk across through what seems to be a sister resort to access the beach. I loved that it was fun and active enough without disturbing guests who needed/desired a quiet evening on site! The pool was stunning! Uncle Tony's Pizza staff were top notch (even when they didn't agree with one another!) The drinks and food there were fantastic! The activities director had arranged a beautiful balloon arrangement in honor of our anniversary and it was quite unexpected and a very warm welcome! When we finally were able to gain entry into our room it was very nice. They mentioned an issue with the entire system. We had to return to the front desk several times before they got it right. Check in was easy with the exception of the key bracelets.
I had no idea/information as to who was picking us up from the airport. They did not hold a sign with passenger names, simply their company name.
Very pretty property! The bus pick up at the hotel was awful.
